Proposals

Call for proposals

We encourage women*, collectives, grassroots organizations, activists, researchers, students, artists, and communities from all corners of the world to submit proposals to participate in this international congress, which seeks to rethink and represent peace from multiple, critical, and situated perspectives.

Participation is open to different formats: panels, round tables, workshops, artistic actions, audiovisual screenings, talks, or other creative formats.

The following eight thematic areas are a starting point for creativity:

1. Demilitarization, de-securitization, and global disarmament
2. Memories and guarantees of non-repetition of violence
3. Migration, exile, and forced displacement
4. Common goods
5. Bodies–territories –peaces
6. Sovereignty and autonomy
7. Care and everyday peaces
8. Feminist methodologies for peace

Proposals will be accepted in several languages: Euskera, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, English, French, etc.
